I've had no problems with the trash pickup schedule. However, there is always a lot of loose trash (broken glass, plastic bottles, paper, etc.) left on the side of the street after pickup. The broken glass is such a hazard for bicycle tires, walking pets and small children.

No, I'm not happy. How about not showing up to get the trash? Happened to our home in the NW several times. On my street in front of -every home- there are huge oil spots from leaking trash trucks that wash into the Gulf Of Mexico with every rain and degrade the blacktop. How about calling for special pickup of large items and never showing up for weeks on end requiring multiple phone calls? Happened twice to our home already. Time to take out the trash.

What timing!! Just now (noon)walked out to get my waste cans. At the very end of my driveway was a plate wide sized pile of broken green and blue glass that did not come from my home. The glass pile was right next to the big oil spots in the road from their leaking trucks. Thanks!

Waste Pro is falling short in some areas. My area has been missed by one of the three services a few times. They can be slow to pick up large items. I had problem where Waste Pro damaged my property. They eventually made it right but communication during the process was poor. There is certainly room for improvement.
