Regardless of the above listed "Top Budget Priority", I think it's safe to say that all of the above need/should be included. The issue lies with the amount of funds we have to address all of the above issues. IMHO - We need to first begin with addressing the unnecessary spending that is being done by our city government. ie Money wasted on consultants, each & every time a suggestion is made! This is depleting the funds that could be better used on the above. Time to control government spending. If our current City Manager can't make a decision using current staff, without hiring an outside consultant, replace him! It's not that difficult. A little common sense goes a long way.

Eliminate the Code nazi's. Side enforcement nazi's have to go they do not belong in a decent society. A curse on them.
