This assessment is plain and simple a way for the city council to circumvent the Homeowners exemption. Every time they want more money they are going to assess the property owners, they are going to bleed us dry. All they do if find way to get more money to waste it must stop, to them it's all FUN MONEY. Wake up or you are going to pay up.

This assesment is nothing more but money needed for the city pension plan plain and simple they can't raise the millage rate so this is there answer see what city paid in 2005 compared to today it will shock you or just ask council member lenny nesta what he gets a year..
