Well, Leetz the invinsible, never gave an opinion about the CM. All talk no guts. Sullivan, I didn't sign it, I want proof, yadayada. He got called out but still maintains he didn't do it. Fess up John, you signed it you just don't know to tell your friends you did it.

Bring the popcorn. It's fry the CM time with some election blurbs thrown in and Forgery Gate. Let's see who has the courage to get the gate opened all of the way. Fun fun fun in Dodge City.

Here we go. From a local issue about our City Manager and the evaluation, the issue returns to DC current administrations up there and a new smearing name calling issue. Stick to the issues here in Cape Coral.

"Bitter losers!" That is an other favorite phrase that the Progressive Union Socialists like to use. It just never stops. But now that the administration can no longer use the IRS to intimidate the Tea party we will be back even on the local level, what out socialists your outta there.

John Szerlag is a professional city manager who works with his people to improve the city, not to stagnate the city until somebody from above says its OK, like Sullivan wants to do. He has had to tolerate a vengeful and bitter minority to present council with factual data and various solutions. The entire negative opinion of him is based on the group that Sullivan and Leetz choose to align themselves with, and the bitter losers who listen to them. I give Mr. Szerlag an A- for his work so far.

The City Manager understands his role in the process of governing our city. He has maintained his dignity even during times when his integrity was challenged by (hopefully) a former council member. But we have seen only one side for this review. For me it would have been more effective if there was an anonymous way to gain his performance measurement from the workers of the City.

Yes, Szerlag works for the City Council and City Council works for the citizens, all of them. When they searched for a new City Manager the prime reason was, to turn our City around and make it whole again. The Council chose Mr.Szerlag because he had experience doing just that. Guess they forgot, we wanted it done without costing us anything and be a miracle worker. Even members of that "other group" were elated when he was chosen. They got what they all wanted. The City is turning around, but, it has to cost to make it happen. No miracle workers applied.
