As much as I think now and thought before this place went into bankruptcy the city does not have the money.
Of course after the taxpayers are thoroughly gouged with a utility tax, fire assessment tax, increase in taxable value based on the 5.6% property value increase prediction.
Those who have to sell their homes will find the way they will overcome these increases is to reduce their price to make the sale.
