Pentagon Watch earns accredited member status with NHWA

Pentagon Watch has earned accredited member status from the National Home Watch Association for the third year.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that "keeps an eye on things" at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.

Pentagon Watch owners and operators David Ciarlillo and Mike Dean are both residents of Cape Coral. They bring a lot of experience to Pentagon Watch, assuring "5-sided peace of mind."

Before devoting his time to Pentagon Watch, Ciarlillo served as a property manager in northeastern Ohio for many years, while operating a successful computer company and serving as a senior network administrator for a large organization.

Dean worked for the fire department for 30 years in Montgomery County, Mary-land, before moving to Florida. Once in Florida, he worked for a property management company performing maintenance duties.

Over the last year and a half, Pentagon Watch has grown and by working with the NHWA, the owners were able to expand their client base with the acquisitions of both Crown Concierge of Fort Myers and Life Made Easy Home Watch of Cape Coral and welcoming those new clients .

Contact Pentagon Watch at 239-747-9811 (Dave) or 239-910-4011 (Mike), or at info@PentagonWatchLLC.com. Learn more at www.PentagonWatchLLC.com.
