Castellanos + Tramonte Architects selected to design new preschool

Kid's World Preschool has announced plans for its second Cape Coral location. Located at 1942 Skyline Blvd., the new 10,000-square-foot preschool will be designed by Art Castellanos AIA, NCARB of Castellanos + Tramonte Architects. The new facility will include multiple classrooms, kitchenette, outdoor play areas, and administrative space. The architectural design will ensure a safe and secure environment.

Construction is expected to begin this fall.

Neal Communities' Watermark enters final phase

Neal Communities, a Southwest Florida's private homebuilder, recently began the final phase of Watermark, a maintenance-assisted community of new single-family homes and paired villas in Fort Myers.

Upon its completion, Watermark will feature 329 homes. The community currently only has 19 villa-style homes and seven single-family homes available.

Potential homebuyers can choose from nine deluxe floor plan designs with finely appointed interiors. The variety of Caribbean-inspired homes range from 1,524 to 2,912 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two-car and three-car garages.

Creighton Construction & Development building five new 7-Eleven stores in Florida and Texas

Creighton Construction & Development is kicking off several new 7-Eleven convenience stores in Melbourne, Pembroke Pines, Pine Island and Tampa, Florida, as well as in Prosper, Texas.

The company has announced that construction is now under way locally on Pine Island: a ground-up, 3,500-square-foot 7-Eleven with 16 fueling positions, to be located at 5431 Pine Island Road in St. James City, near the corner of Pine Island Road and Nikkis Lane. The site will also feature a car wash and REC-90 boat fuel.
