Pulte Homes' townhouse model in Hammock Cove nearly completed

Pulte Homes, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, is nearing completion on the new Adirondack luxury townhome model in Hammock Cove, a gated community located just half a mile north of Daniels Parkway, three miles east of I-75, in the master-planned community of Gateway in Fort Myers.

The community also recently launched sales and offers scheduled appointments through its offsite sales center located at The Plantation at 12846 New Market Street in Fort Myers.

Gardner joins GATES Construction as superintendent

GATES Construction has announced the addition of Terry Gardner as superintendent. Gardner will be responsible for daily onsite supervision of GATES' projects, including quality control, safety, security, project close out and transition planning. He has over 25 years of experience with hospitals, medical centers, colleges, and many other commercial projects. Gardner will be based out of GATES Construction's headquarters in Bonita Springs.

Land Solutions expands under LSI Companies to better serve homebuilder, developer, landowner and investment clients

GulfShore Mustang Club donates $4,682 to Lee BIA Builders Care

Lee BIA Builders Care, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association, has received a donation of $4,682 from the GulfShore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida, supporting the nonprofit's efforts to provide emergency construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and/or disabled homeowners, and their families, who cannot obtain repairs through traditional means.

The donation is a result of funds raised throughout the year at multiple events hosted and attended by the Club. To date, the Club has donated more than $20,000 to Lee BIA Builders Care through these events and activities, and members also regularly serve as volunteers at a variety of Lee BIA Builders Care events.

GulfShore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida, founded in 1999 and chartered by the Mustang Club of America, is made up of Ford Mustang enthusiasts of all types. The nearly 150 members share knowledge and appreciation of Mustangs through various activities including helping the community along the way.
