Paul Homes model earns Superior Home Award

Paul Homes of Florida's Majestic model has been awarded the Superior Home Award during the 2019 LEE Building Industry Association Parade of Homes event. Located at 1406 Cape Coral Parkway West, the Majestic was remodeled in 2018 to reflect a more modern design.

President Bob Knight said, "The changes we made reflect trends our clientele looks for; an authentic and fresh Florida design. Winning the Superior Home award reinforces we made the right changes. I am grateful to my team for their dedication and attentiveness to our client's interests."

Each year during the Parade of Homes, The Lee Building Industry Association honors builders for excellence in residential design and construction. Judges consist of industry experts located outside of Lee County. Each home is evaluated on site and scored per a comprehensive point system. Models are awarded points in eight areas: Exterior, Landscape, Bath, Kitchen, Livability, Interior Design, Outdoor Living, and Pool. The highest total score in each price category is awarded the Superior Home Award.

Paul Homes has been in business since 1985, building dream homes for more than 500 clients. Its philosophy is to build homes of enduring quality and value for their clients, forming life-long relationships. For more information, call the Majestic Model Center, 239-542-0607.
