‘Breakfast at the Museum’ to celebrate anniversary of G.I. Joe

The Southwest Florida Military Museum & Library in Cape Coral will host a "Breakfast at the Museum" Saturday, Feb. 2, from 8-11 a.m., to celebrate the anniversary of G.I. Joe.

Hasbro's G.I. Joe action figure was introduced on Feb. 2, 1964.

Scheduled to be on hand for the event is Robert G. LaChance, the original model for the action figure.

The cost is $8 per person and breakfast will include scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, orange juice and coffee. Tickets are available at the museum or EventBrite.
