Neal Communities names

two new sales associates

Neal Communities, a Southwest Florida private homebuilder, has hired Jason Clifford and Ingrid McDowell as new sales associates in its south region, which encompasses Lee and Collier counties.

Clifford will supervise sales at Richmond Park while McDowell will spearhead sales at Watermark. In their new roles, the two are responsible for the tours, transactions and models within their respective communities.

Before joining the team at Neal Communities, Clifford served as an in-house sales representative for two vacation home clubs in Marco Island and Orlando for more than 5 years.

With more than 16 years of experience in real estate, McDowell has worked for several homebuilders selling town homes, single-family homes and condominiums throughout southwest Florida. She has a Florida real estate license and is fluent in Spanish and Swedish.

Richmond Park is a multifamily community with luxury carriage homes in the fastest-growing area of north Naples.

Watermark is a maintenance-assisted community of single-family homes and paired villas in Fort Myers.

Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida announces promotions, new hires

Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida begins 2019 by announcing the promotion of two leaders, a broker and the addition of one new employee to the firm.

Heather Adams was named vice president of operations, Marina Joel was named director of finance and Gretchen Smith was named director.

Adams, with a 13-year background in facilities and property management, has been with the firm since 2016. She is an expert in establishing and maintaining cost controls and reporting procedures for assets.

Joel, with more than 11 years of experience in real estate and finance combined, has also been with the firm since 2016. passed the Community Association Manager (CAM) licensing process and examination in 2018, adding to her list of attributes.

Smith was named Costar's Top Office Leasing and Retail Broker in 2018, as well as Top Leasing Broker in Southwest Florida in 2017. She has been with the firm 4 years this May and has vast knowledge of the real estate market. She has held an active real estate broker's license since 2014 and licensed for over 14 years.

Fort Myers-based Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida also welcomed new employee, Michelle Jumalon, who joined the firm as accounts payable specialist respectively. She brings 25 years' experience and knowledge in the accounting arena.

In addition to the promotions, the firm closed the year with record activity and overall growth in business in all departments facilitated the need for increased staff.
