Aubuchon Homes unveils Carlisle Bay custom home

Neal Communities' Coastal Key sold out

Neal Communities, a Southwest Florida's private homebuilder, has completely sold out Coastal Key, a gated island-themed community in Fort Myers.

With 112 single-family home sites, Coastal Key is set on 48 acres and surrounded by more than 65 acres of wetland preserve and park area. The maintenance-assisted neighborhood offered six popular single-story and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,772 to 2,915 square feet.

Coastal Key residents have exclusive access to Serenity Park, which features a gazebo, beach chairs and views of the community's 10-acre lake, as well as a bark park, playground and a trellised seating area.

The company reports that while Coastal Key is sold out, its Cypress Walk and Watermark neighborhoods are close by with property available.
