Cafe YOU adds new items to menu

Cafe YOU, which is known for its natural food menu and its vegan and gluten free menu options, recently added a half dozen new menu items, including Blueberry, Beet & Fennel Salad, Hummus Wrap and Prosciutto Goat's Cheese & Apple Sandwich, plus a healthy options kids menu.

Open daily for breakfast and lunch, Cafe YOU, an Australian-style cafe, also recently expanded to add a bakery, where everything is made from scratch, and a larger kitchen. The cafe is owned by Marlies Laaper and features chefs Sam Wood and Ed Rocchio.

Anderson communication coordinator at Pushing the Envelope

Pushing the Envelope, Inc., a strategic marketing communication firm based in Fort Myers, has welcomed Hannah Anderson as a communication coordinator.

Anderson will provide a variety of public relations services for the company's clientele, including publicity and media relations, online reputation management, copywriting, as well as support social media strategy, email marketing and other marketing services.

Anderson holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to joining Pushing the Envelope, she was an assistant coordinator for FAU's Division of Research.
