Priority Marketing, Palm Printing earn award for Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest campaign

A collaboration between Priority Marketing and Palm Printing has earned another Benny Award, the highest honor in Printing Industries of America's global awards competition.

The Premier Print Awards, the graphic arts industry's largest and most prestigious worldwide printing competition, recognizes superior print quality and exceptional artistry. The two Fort Myers companies earned a Benny for "Cheers to 10 Years! Engaging Hearts Changing Children's Lives," an print campaign that launched the 2018 Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest.

Priority Marketing and Palm Printing were the only Benny Award winner consisting of a partnership between two companies, and they were among just 18 entrants to win back-to-back Bennies. The 2018 competition drew more than 2,000 entries from around the world.

The Wine & Food Fest is an annual event that raises millions of dollars for pediatric healthcare in Southwest Florida.

Priority Marketing's graphic design team developed the campaign's concept, imagery and specialized printing concepts, while Palm Printing provided all printed campaign materials and services.

The two Fort Myers-based companies also won a 2017 Benny Award.

Whittle joins Henderson Franklin

Sunshine Ace Hardware is spreading holiday cheer this season with its Neighborhood Christmas Party, a festive family-friendly celebration filled with jolly spirit and holiday-themed activities. Cape Animal Shelter, Fathoms to host Yappy Hour Friday

The Cape Coral Animal Shelter and Fathom's Restaurant will host their monthly Yappy Hour Friday, Nov. 23, from 5-7 p.m. This is an opportunity for pets and their owners to begin the holidays and enjoy an evening of outdoor entertainment. To commemorate the evening, photos of pets with Santa will be available courtesy of Al Larson Photography for a minimal donation for the shelter.

Fathom's Restaurant and Bar will be providing beer and wine as a fundraiser for the nonprofit organization to receive all proceeds. CCAS merchandise will be available for sale and a 50/50 raffle will be held during the evening. Attendees at the evening festivities will also enjoy live music.

Yappy Hour is an ongoing event held the last Friday each month. Each month will have a different theme to be enjoyed by attendees with their pets.
