Free seminar – Understanding the Foreclosure and Tax Deed Sale Process

Interested in purchasing foreclosed properties or tax deeds at auction but don't know how? Educate yourself about the foreclosure and tax deed sale process.

The Lee County Clerk of the Courts is offering a free workshop where the office will share some tools on researching, where to locate the Auction Calendar and how to make a deposit and place a bid. Also, learn what happens after the sale.

"Understanding the Foreclosure and Tax Deed Sale Process" will be held Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 1:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m. at the Fort Myers Regional Library, 2450 First St., Fort Myers.

The workshop will be presented by the Lee County Clerk of Courts and Attorney Gregory W. Goetz, Esq. of Goetz & Goetz Attorneys at Law who volunteers his time to answer legal questions during the workshop.

Reservations are not required but seating is limited
