Applebee's offering Kids Eat Free special on July 4

Looking for a meal to enjoy with the family for the July 4th festivities? On Wednesday, July 4, families can celebrate the red, white and blue with a Kids Eat Free special at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar locations in Florida and Georgia.

Families who dine-in at Applebee's on July 4 will receive up to two free kids' meals with each adult entre purchase. Children ages 12 and under can choose any entre on the Applebee's Kids' Menu, accompanied by their choice of a side dish, and juice, milk or chocolate milk. With 26 menu items and more than 650 combinations of entres, sides and beverages, the Applebee's Kids' Menu offers more Kids LiveWell approved meals than any other national casual dining restaurant.

The July 4th Kids Eat Free special is available at Applebee's locations owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises in New Jersey, Long Island, Florida and Georgia. Pavese Law Firm attorneys recognized

Pavese Law Firm has announced that attorneys William Haverfield II, Diane Jensen, Neale Montgomery and Christopher Shields have been named to the esteemed 2018 Super Lawyers list of top attorneys in Florida. This honor is bestowed upon no more than 5 percent of lawyers statewide.

Haverfield joined Pavese Law Firm in 1969 and served as managing partner from 1990 until 2011. He has been board certified in Marital and Family Law since 1985 and focuses his practice in the area of family law, particularly on original dissolution of marriage proceedings. He has substantial experience in complex marital litigation, including business valuations and real estate appraisal issues related to dissolution of marriage.

Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce installs 2018-2019 Board of Directors

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce has announce the installation of its 2018-2019 Board of Directors and officers for the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors will be led by board chair Joe Mitchell, president of Pool Pros, Inc., joined by first vice chair Bryan Blackwell, financial advisor and managing partner of Molloy Financial Group; second vice chair Jim Larkin, general manager of Crowne Plaza Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops; treasurer Angela Schivinski, publisher for Fort Myers Florida Weekly; and immediate past chairman Dan Adams, vice president south Florida of Stevens Construction.

New board members include Chris Peters, president and general manager of the Fort Myers Miracle; Stephen Sanford, sales manager at Lamar Advertising; Samantha Scott, owner of Pushing the Envelope; and Kelly Talamo, controller at Stokes Marine.

Working to support the chamber's efforts to enhance education in Southwest Florida, the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce's Foundation's Board of Directors will be led by board chair Dan Adams, vice president south Florida of Stevens Construction, joined by Dr. Guido Minaya, CEO and chief learning officer for Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC; treasurer Sharon Thompson, managing shareholder of Hughes, Snell & Co., P.A.; and secretary Suzanne Boy, attorney for Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A.

The 2018-2019 Board of Directors were appointed during the Chamber's General Membership Meeting on June 21.

The Lee County Port Authority report that Sun Country Airlines has announced it will inaugurate service to three new seasonal nonstop destinations between Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, and the following this fall:

Madison, Wis. (MSN) Starting Sept. 28, 2018 (twice weekly service)

Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) Starting Oct. 3, 2018 (twice weekly service)

St. Louis, Mo. (STL) Starting Oct. 3, 2018 (twice weekly service)
