Point 57 restaurant in Cape Coral sold

June 8, 2018
Cape Coral Daily Breeze

The Cape Coral restaurant known as Point 57 has changed hands. The two parcel property, located at the corner of Del Prado Boulevard at Southeast 36th Street, was sold for $1 million. The business and its assets were conveyed for an additional undisclosed price. Both sides of the transaction were brokered by Commercial Realty Associates of Southwest Florida.

The seller, CJR Properties, LLC, was represented by qualifying broker Ron Welebny, CCIM. Broker associate Robert DeRupo, senior transaction analyst, represented the buyer, Williams FLRE, LLC.

The multi-faceted conveyance had the brokers recommend that each of their clients engage counsel. The seller engaged Matthew Toll, Esq., and the buyer hired Erich Feichthaler, Esq., to handle the closing.

CRA managing partner Ron Welebny, CCIM, said, "From start to finish, the whole thing took about 45 days. Intense negotiation found the 'meeting of the minds' at a razor's edge."

Commercial Realty Associates of Southwest Florida is a full-service brokerage firm whose practice is limited to the analysis, acquisition, sale and trade of commercial and investment real estate, and of business entities of many descriptions.
