May 11, 2018
Cape Coral Daily Breeze

About 175 special needs students are expected at Island Coast High School today, May 11th for the 5th Annual Gatorama. Cape Coral police officers, firefighters, military members and their equipment will be on the football field for an interactive learning experience.

The theme this year is "A Tribute to Health and Heroes."

ESE students from Island Coast, Ida Baker, Mariner, North Fort Myers and Cape Coral High School will all be participating. Gatorama gathers community heroes so the students can learn about their programs and interact with some of their specialized equipment.

Gatorama runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Island Coast High is at 2125 DeNavarra Parkway in Cape Coral
