Fischler Property Co. arranges the sale of 104-acre Embers Lake Estates parcel in Cape Coral

Fischler Property Company has successfully facilitated the sale of 104 acres of land in Cape Coral for $3.5 million.

Embers Lake Estates, one of the last remaining un-platted large tracts in the Cape, features more than 40 acres of lakes and is entitled for a mix of both single- and multi-family residential use.

The property is located just north of Pine Island Road in Cape Coral at the northwest corner of Nelson Road and Embers Parkway in one of the nation's hottest apartment markets with occupancy rates above 95 percent. A 2017 city of Cape Coral-backed study recommended a need for approximately 3,700 new apartment units, over the next three years, to serve current market demand.

Fischler Property Company represented the seller RA Lakes LLC. Henry Albrecht of Gulf Gateway Realty, Inc. represented the buyer Pennsylvania-based Forge Development Group.

Milian joins Castellanos + Tramonte Architects

Art Castellanos, president of Castellanos + Tramonte Architects in Cape Coral, has announced the hiring of Nataly G. Milian of Lehigh Acres as a staff architect.

Milian will be responsible for the design and implementation of commercial projects for the regional firm, which specializes in commercial design.

Milian is a graduate of Jose Antonio Echeverria University in Havana, Cuba, with a bachelor of architecture degree. She also served as a professor of architecture at the university for two years.

She worked for architectural firms in Miami prior to joining Castellanos + Tramonte.

Castellanos + Tramonte Architects was founded in 2016 by Art Castellanos, AIA, and Jason Tramonte, AIA. The firm, located at 1625 S.E. 46th St., Suite 2A, in Cape Coral, currently employs five people.

'Ask the Experts' symposium for condominium and homeowner associations Feb. 16

Board members of Southwest Florida condo and homeowner associations will have an opportunity to quiz the experts at a free event on Feb. 16.

The "Ask the Experts" panel will answer questions from 9:30 a.m. until noon on Friday, Feb. 16, at Plantation Golf & Country Club, 10500 Dartington Drive, Fort Myers.
