Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group agents receive At Home with Diversity certification from NAR

Four real estate agents from Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group - Beate Wunderer, John Milaski, Theresa Brown and Tunch Benovenli - have received At Home with Diversity certification from The National Association of Realtors. The certification is designed to meet the nation's fair housing commitment by expanding homeownership opportunities for the growing number of culturally diverse buyers and sellers in the housing market who identify with groups entailing race, ethnicity, religion, gender, handicaps, familial status or national origin. An 8-hour course addressing topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development is necessary to obtain the certification.

Wunderer is a Leadership Academy member and member of the Global Council at the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. She is the 2017 VP of Membership for the Women's Council of Realtors in Cape Coral. Her accolades include: Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist and Performance Management Network. She is fluent in both English and German.

Milaski is a Leadership Academy member at the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. His accolades include: Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist, Broker Associate, and Certified New Home Sales Professional with National Association of Home Builders.

Brown is a Leadership Academy member, member of the Women's Council of Realtors, and a repeat volunteer at the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. Her designations include: Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative and Broker Associate.

Benovenli is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors in Cape Coral, and Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist. He is fluent in both English and Turkish.
