Creighton Commercial Develop-ment and Construction has completed construction services on a 5,500-square-foot Xfinity store, located at 311 S.W. Pine Island Road in Cape Coral within the Sam's Club Plaza. The Creighton team was led by superintendent Josh Kirsch and director of construction Forest Headley.

Stevens Construction completes Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Cape Coral

Stevens Construction has completed the construction management services of Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, located at 1030 Commerce Creek Blvd., in Cape Coral, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Florida Cancer Specialists incorporates principles of evidence-based design, which have been proven to ease patient anxiety while offering opportunities for privacy for support during treatment. The 26,924-square-foot medical office features a porte-cochere entry that opens into a lobby and reception room accented by natural stone.

The Cape Coral office includes an expansive treatment room to accommodate 75 patients, featuring tall windows and high ceilings, creating a serene surrounding with natural lighting. The facility also houses a PET scan, blood draw room, laboratory, pharmacy, research offices, 15 exam rooms, check-out and scheduling area, employee lounge and patio.

West Coast Florida Enterprises promotes new officers

West Coast Florida Enterprises, a 32-year-old building restoration and roofing company based in Fort Myers, has announced the promotions of six of its employees. Tim Waters, Terrill Brake, Debbie Evans, Harold Martin, Ryan Nicholas and Scott Otey are all being appointed to new corporate positions in the company's administration.

Waters, formerly the company's operations manager, is the new vice president of operations. He has been with WCFE since 1999. As VP of operations, he will have decision making authority with regards to the daily operations in the warehouse, field, and custom ornamental and welded fabrications division.

Brake, once the company's sales manager overseeing its roofing division, is moving up to vice president of sales. He spent 5 years with WCFE in the early 2000s and returned home in early 2014. As VP of sales, Brake will have both decision making authority and the authority to negotiate contracts in all things sales related.

Since January 2014, Evans has been WCFE's CPA/controller and has organized and structured the corporate books. Now as chief financial officer, she will have authority to make financial decisions on behalf of the corporation.

In WCFE's 15th year, Martin joined the company. As its former general manager, Martin has worn many hats, but has clearly found his niche in all things risk related. As its new chief compliance officer, he will have the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company with regard to safety, risk management, compliance and other legal matters.

Otey, the former vice president, will assume the role of president, from founder and CEO Bruce Nicholas. Otey has been with WCFE since 1990. As president, he will be responsible for the company's overall day to day management. All officers listed above will report to Otey and he will have the last word in all corporate matters.

Assuming role of vice president is Nicholas. The company's former commercial roofing superintendent is being groomed to lead the family business in the future. As VP, Ryan will attend most meetings regarding corporate matters, including financial, legal and contractual concerns.
