Local American Hibiscus Society chapter to hold hybrid hibiscus plant sale Oct. 14

The James E. Hendry Chapter of the American Hibiscus Society will be holding a hybrid hibiscus plant sale Saturday, Oct. 14, from 24 p.m. (or until they are all sold) at the Salvation Army Building, 10291 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers. Door opens promptly at 2 p.m.

Approximately 480 hybrid hibiscus will be available - small for $15 and large for $25.

There will be special pricing for members, and those interested can join the chapter the day of the sale for the discounted prices.

Admission and parking are free.

The society meets at Berne Davis Gardens, 2166 Virginia Ave., Fort Myers, on the second Sunday of each month at 1:30 p.m. Anyone interested is cordially invited to attend the next meeting Sunday, Nov. 12, at 1:30 p.m.
