Shuman joins Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., recently announced that Paul Shuman has joined the firm as an attorney in the Business & Tax Division.

Shuman devotes his practice to assist clients with business transactions and tax matters. Conditioned Air names Moad estimating manager

Conditioned Air Company of Naples LLC announced the promotion of Jimey Moad to estimating manager for the Southern Region, covering Collier and Lee counties. In this role, Moad is responsible for leading a team of estimators through the design phase to the client's or engineer's specifications. Moad's team handles all types of commercial and residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

A native of Tampa, Moad has more than 25 years of industry experience, starting in 1991 with a small family-owned air-conditioning company in Fort Myers. After the company was sold to a national mechanical service provider in 1999, Moad joined Conditioned Air as a new construction estimator. His role in the estimating department has expanded over the years to senior estimator in 2013 and now estimating manager.

Norman Love Confections welcomes Baduel as pastry chef

Norman Love Confections has announced the hiring of chef Thomas Baduel in the role of pastry chef for the company. Baduel brings more than 16 years of experience in the pastry industry, with a background in management and menu development.

As pastry chef at Norman Love Confections, Baduel is responsible for producing assorted European cakes and individual gourmet pastries each day, developing and implementing training programs for new staff members and is involved in all stages of the creation of new products from development to retail.

Originally from France, Baduel began his career at the famed French National Culinary School in Souillac, focusing on the craft of pastry-making and plated dessert specialization. Greene opens Vet Tech Services of SWFL, serving all of Lee County

Veterinary technician Regina Greene has announced the opening of Vet Tech Services of SWFL, serving all of Lee County. She has over 15 years of experience in the veterinary industry and has been actively pet sitting and offering in-home pet care service for nearly three years.

"Once a pet owner leaves the vet office, some of the take-home instructions are harder to put into practice than what they first thought," she said. "My services will truly bridge the gap between the vet's office and home, by taking the worry and guess work out of the equation for pet owners."
