Speaking on faith and fitness, Hafer expressed the importance of caring for ourselves through the sustainable, spiritual practices of clean eating and exercise. He also revealed how physical and spiritual wellness go hand-in-hand, highlighting the simple changes and practical steps that the volunteers can take in order to develop an overall healthier style, which in turn enables them to better care for the individuals they serve.
