Luke Endsley delivered the game-winning runs with the bases loaded and two out in the bottom of the seventh inning with his hot smash to second base and lift Ida Baker to a 2-0 victory Wednesday night at Estero.

Endsley's smash, one of his two hits in the game, was bobbled and he beat the throw to first as the winning runs scored. That made a winner of Chris Schrowe (7-1), who won the pitchers' duel with a complete-game, four-hitter while striking out six. Christian Proffitt had the Bulldogs' only other hit in the game.

The Bulldogs (17-5) host Port Charlotte Thursday.

Charlotte 2, Mariner 1: Charlotte's Kevin Conway held Mariner to one run on one hit while striking out eight over six innings Wednesday night in the Tarpons' victory at Mariner.

A walk, a sacrifice and an error put a runner in scoring position for the Tritons. Alex Freeland singled to left to drive in Mariner's lone run in the fifth inning.

The Tritons (11-12) host North Fort Myers on Thursday.

North Fort Myers 4, East Lee County 1: Peyton Bourque (4-3) pitched a complete-game one-hitter and recorded seven strikeouts Wednesday night to lead North Fort Myers to victory at East Lee County.

Jake Park had two hits, including a double for the Red Knights (9-12) while Jonah Bourque contributed three hits. North visits Mariner on Thursday.

Lemon Bay 6, Mariner 5: It took 12 innings to decide Wednesday's game with Lemon Bay striking a game-winning RBI hit to nip Mariner.

Hannah Holloway (16-9) pitched all 12 innings for the Tritons, surrendering six runs while striking out 14. Jaliyah Lopez, Amanda Myers and Monica Montes each had two hits for the Tritons while Julia Mekelet drove in two of the runs.

The Tritons (16-9) visit Bishop Verot on Friday.
