Pete and Nancy Peterson have announced that they have moved their office to Cape Coral. They are part of Cruise Planners, an independently owned and operated home-based franchise that is part of the American Express Travel network. They currently have over 3,000 clients from all over the world.

Touch of Class Pet Grooming opens on Cape Coral Parkway
Touch of Class Pet Grooming has opened at 1207 Cape Coral Parkway, E., in Cape Coral.
According to manager Eric Wester, there are always three or more professional groomers present and the shop offers a monthly "Splash-n-Dash" program for everyone's budget. Walk-in nails are accepted.
In addition to offering creative grooming (colors and dyes), the shop also offers pet accessories, such as pet clothing, shampoos and leashes, and a variety of food.
Touch of Class also grooms cats.
The shop is open Monday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It's closed Sunday.
Ruiz named senior vice president, director of information technology at Sanibel Captiva Community Bank

Southwest Florida Harmony Chamber of Commerce kick-off event April 20 at The Gathering Place
The newest chamber of commerce in town, The Southwest Florida Harmony Chamber of Commerce, better known as "HCC," will have a kick-off event Thursday, April 20.
The HCC was established to promote LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly business and professional community throughout Southwest Florida including Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties.
The mission is to promote networking within the existing LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly business and professional community, to promote business opportunities for chamber members, to promote Southwest Florida as a year-round LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly tourist destination, to provide resources for our members and to provide outreach from our community to community organizations.
