Cape Coral Charity Car Show Feb. 25 at Jaycee Park

The Cape Coral Charity Car Show, sponsored by Cape Coral First United Methodist Church, will be held Saturday, Feb/. 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, at Jaycee Park at the river end of Beach Parkway, which is off of Del Prado Boulevard.

The show is a charity event for the Cape Coral Caring Center. All donations collected will go, 100 percent, to the center to help with food, clothing and shelter for the needy.

Vehicles to be featured in the show are 1975 and older cars, trucks and Jeeps.

There will be free registration for the first 100 cars with all donations being tax deductible.

Prizes to be awarded include Sponsors Choice, Co-Sponsors Choice, Best of Show, Best Interior, Best Engine, etc. There will be no class judging only sponsors will judge.

In addition to the car show, the event will feature at deejay with 1950s and 1960s music, goodie bags, 50/50 tickets and free drawing for prizes.
