Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife meeting Jan. 12

Harry Phillips, environmental biologist with the City of Cape Coral Division of Environmental Conservation, will be the guest speaker at the Jan. 12, Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife meeting, 7 p.m., Rotary Park Environmental Center. 5505 Rose Garden Road, Cape Coral. He will speak on invasive and exotic plants including melaleuca removal from Oasis Woods and invasives at Yellow Fever Creek Preserve. Questions about Nile Monitor Lizards and Sirenia Vista Park are also invited.
