To the editor:
Once again the Framers of our Constitution have shown their prowess in political design.
This most recent spate of decisions, of the Supreme Court, can be likened to a parent chastising squabbling children. Whereas both major political parties seemed deadlocked in being able to perform their function as demanded by law, the Court has performed in a most nonpartisan manner.
This Court, which is comprised of members selected by presidents of both parties, has risen to its required responsibility in voiding the unlawful appointees of President Obama.
It has placed party politics in a judicially prescribed "timeout."
It would do Congress well to note this example of performing tasks that benefit the country rather than one political party over the other. We are a nation, not of party, not of men, but rather one of laws.
