WCI unveils seven Executive

home floor plans at Hampton Park

WCI Communities has introduced seven new single-family Executive homes at Hampton Park, its newest neighborhood at Gateway in Fort Myers. The one- and two-story floor plans offer three to four bedrooms, dens and great rooms, and 2,053 to 3,604 square feet of living space.

The home designs feature open floor plans between great room and kitchen, covered lanais for outdoor living and plan-specific options for three-car garages, bonus rooms and flex space.

The Executive home series features kitchens with freestanding islands; owner's suites include walk-in closets and bathrooms with his-and-her sinks, private water closets and glass-enclosed showers. Homes start from $214,990.

Hampton Park offers three single-story Executive homes, each with three bedrooms and unique design features.

Hampton Park also offers newly introduced Estate homes as well as Classic single-family homes and Grand Villas. The homes offer two to six bedrooms and 1,756 to 4,457 square feet of living space. Several of these plans are represented in model homes that are now open for viewing.

Four professionals

earn CCIM designation

The Southwest Florida District CCIM Chapter congratulates four chapter associates who recently earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, making them members of the largest commercial real estate association in the world. The four are:

- Bev Larson, CCIM, a Realtor with Lahaina Realty in Fort Myers Beach.

- Steve Gant, CCIM, MAI, a broker with Riverside Realty Services, LLC, based in Lake Suzy.

- Constance Dean, CCIM, a broker and investment specialist with Venture Realty & Investments in Fort Myers.

- Rachel Zucchi, CCIM, MAI, a partner and managing director of RKL Appraisal and Consulting, PLC, in Naples.

To earn the CCIM designation, candidates must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate.

Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

The growing CCIM network has close to 20,000 members in more than 1,000 marketplaces and 30 countries worldwide.
