Creekside Preserve open for sales
D.R. Horton's Southwest Florida Division has announced that Creekside Preserve, a new community offering 168 carriage homes, is now open for sales. Nestled between Estero Bay Nature Preserve and Mullock Creek, Creekside Preserve will have models ready to view this summer.

Johnson top regional
producer for Neal Communities in April
Neal Communities has named Ryan Johnson as the company's Southwest Region April Sales Leader among all five Neal communities in Lee and Collier counties, announced Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida Regional President. Johnson is a new-home sales associate at Canopy, the homebuilder's newest community in Naples. Neal has sold 13 homes at Canopy in two months, including six by Johnson in April, for a total of $2.2 million in sales.
When completed, Canopy will be a community of 108-single-family homes ranging in size from 1,772 to 3,000 square feet under air, and will have lake and preserve views. Eight floor plans with two- and three-car garages are offered from the $300s.

Olde Florida Contracting awarded contract
Fort Myers-based Olde Florida Contracting Inc. has been awarded the contract on the Compton home addition in Lehigh Acres, FL.
This 16-foot x 16-foot addition will be dried in and roof trusses set. Flooring, window and doors will also be installed.
The project is scheduled for completion June, 2014.
