As the Florida Everblades (22-14) strike out on a three-game divisional road trip, three changes were made to the active roster since Wednesday.
On Thursday, the Buffalo Sabres of the NHL assigned goaltender Connor Knapp to the Blades from the Rochester Americans of the AHL. Also, the New York Rangers recalled netminder Scott Stajcer from the Blades to the AHL's Hartford Wolf Pack.
On Wednesday, forward Maxime Parent was reassigned to the Blades from the AHL's Syracuse Crunch.
Knapp, 23, appeared in 16 ECHL games this season-all with the Greenville Road Warriors-with a 7-7-2 record and a 2.32 GAA.
"Connor is a talented, athletic goalie with great speed and a big frame," said Everblades coach Greg Poss. "He's also a very passionate player and will make a great addition to our team."
Stajcer, 22, played two games for the Blades last weekend, stopping 41 of 46 shots.
Parent, 26, who played two games in October for the Blades, has been rehabilitating an injury.
The Blades' three-game, three-day road trip starts Friday in South Carolina against the division-leading Stingrays (26-13). The teams play the Stingrays on back-to-back nights before moving on to the Orlando Solar Bears (20-16) on Sunday.
