14 new inventory homes available soon at Sandoval
With 14 new inventory homes planned to be available in Sandoval over the next few months, Taylor Morrison is giving potential homebuyers numerous options to choose from. Daugherty, Nocera set sales records at Villa Palmeras

Construction begins at Watermark
Neal Communities has commenced construction of the central amenity center at Watermark, announced Michael Greenberg, vice president Neal Communities South. The 106-acre community planned for 291 paired villas and single-family homes is in Fort Myers on Challenger Boulevard, off Colonial Boulevard and Winkler Avenue.
The slab for the clubhouse has been poured and the courts for tennis, basketball and pickle ball have been paved. Installation of fencing will begin in a couple of weeks. When completed, the central amenity center will include a pool, spa, fitness center, fire pit, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, playground, dog park, an open "flex" field for any outdoor sporting activity or even flying a kite and a half basketball court.
