Branch of Life Christian Fellowship

The Branch of Life Christian Fellowship is a spirit-filled, contemporary Christian church, located at 815 S.E. 47th St., Cape Coral. Sunday Services are at 10:30 a.m., with Children's Church provided. Wednesday Bible Studies are at 7 p.m.All faith backgrounds are welcome.

Cape Alliance Church

Join Cape Alliance Church every week at 9:30 a.m. for an uplifting and transforming time of worship grounded in God's word enriched with an authentic blend of traditional and contemporary music.

Women are invited to join in a study of the New Testament. Women in the Word meets Monday evenings, beginning at 7.

Each Tuesday morning at 10:30, Ordinary Adult Kingdom Seekers is a weekly Bible study for those who would like to learn more about the Bible.

On the second and fourth Thursday at 6 p.m., women gather to knit and crochet shawls and pray for others. Participate in this ministry to the community and world.

Students meet at the Nomad Lounge Sunday nights at 6. All students in grades 612 are welcome!

Cape Baptist Church

AWANA - Come out this Thursday for a great time of fun! AWANA youth club is for kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade. It is held each Thursday from 6:30- 8 p.m. Kids have an exciting time playing games, winning prizes and learning about Jesus Christ.

Impact - Teens are invited to come to the Impact Youth Group. If you are in 7th 12th grades, you are welcome. The group meets every Wednesday evening from 6:30-8. Participants play games, have snacks and learn how God wants teens to live their lives.

Ladies' Bible Study - Ladies are invited to attend the weekly Bible Study! Every Friday at 2 p.m., the group dives into the inexhaustible word of God. Currently the group is studying "Women of the Bible." Participants will be challenged, encouraged and motivated in your walk with Christ as we open God's word.

Join the congregation Sunday at 11 a.m. for a time spent in God's word. Pastor Holler brings timely truths and practical tips from the Bible on day-to-day Christian living.

Cape Coral Community Church

Cape Coral Community Church will hold a GriefShare recovery seminar and support group on Tuesdays, 6-8 p.m., from Feb. 18 through May 13. The church is located at 811 Santa Barbara Blvd., Cape Coral.

GriefShare sessions include a video, featuring nationally recognized experts of grief,and group discussions focused on those who have lost a loved one through death. Seminar sessions include "The Effects of Grief," "Why" and "Stuck in Grief."

Cape Christian Fellowship

Cape Coral First United Methodist

The Advent Series "Christmas is NOT Your Birthday" continues at Cape Coral First United Methodist Church:

GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. During small group discussion time, you'll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences and share your own. DivorceCare is a special weekly seminar and support group for people who are separated or divorced. Crosspoint Church

First Congregational Church

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

This Saturday, Jan. 18, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on 1928 Chiquita Blvd., S., in Cape Coral will host its 2nd Annual Pig Roast and Food Drive.

Lee Memorial Health System's Bloodmobile will be a part of the drive to help combat blood shortages in Lee County. Attendees are requested to bring non-perishable food items and/or donate blood.

Everyone is invited and as a thank you to the donors who bring food or donate blood, the church is sponsoring a free pig roast lunch with side dishes and desserts. The Harry Chapin Food Bank has been selected as the recipient for the food donations.

Jan. 22: 6:30-9 p.m. - Youth Group

The church's "Missionary of the Month" is Vander Pol, a missionary and professor for Miami International Seminary. He writes theology courses in English for students around the world who study with MINTS. He supervises students and study centers in Southeast Asia. He travels to India, Myanmar and the Philippines to teach and supervise the work of study centers there.
