Site work under way at Estero Place

Site work has begun on Estero Place, Neal Communities' new, gated residential community on 53 acres at the southwest corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road in Estero, announced Michael Greenberg, vice president of Neal Communities South. Neal plans to build approximately 100 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,870 to 2,600 square feet, offering lake and preserve views. Prices will start in the high $200,000s.

Included in future construction plans is a boardwalk, elevated five-to-ten feet above the ground across the Estero River tributary that divides the community east and west. The boardwalk will offer residents leisurely strolls along the flora and fauna of the community's natural preserves. A kiosk will provide an ideal location for photography, observation of nature, or a quiet spot for conversation.

Centrally located between the downtown centers of Fort Myers and Naples, Estero Place is 1/2 mile south of Corkscrew Road on Three Oaks Parkway.
