Attorney Bill B. Berke of Berke Law Firm P.A. in Cape Coral is offering the public at no cost a new book he has written about his experiences over two decades in Social Security law. The 81-page "How to Win Your Social Security Claim" is designed to help people who are dealing with the Social Security Administration, to answer questions about how the organization's processes work, eligibility rules for Social Security benefits, how to appeal a claim that has been denied, and more.

The book in Portable Document Format (PDF) can be downloaded and read at

Part of Berke's law firm's focus is representing clients who have been denied Social Security disability benefits as well as other issues in dealing with the Social Security Administration. He is involved in more than 360 active cases across the United States.

"People who are eligible for Social Security benefits should be fully aware of how the bureaucracy of the Social Security Administration operates in order to understand their legal rights," said Berke, an attorney since 1986. "Since I've have extensive experience in Social Security law, and I do not know of another free book like this in our area, I decided it was a good time to share what I know."

Berke serves on the board of directors for the Florida Justice Association, and is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and The Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Executive Council.

Berke Law Firm is in Cape Coral at 4423 Del Prado Blvd., near the downtown area. Serving all of Southwest Florida, the firm offers services in personal injury, drug litigation, Social Security disability, workers' compensation, wrongful death, bankruptcy and overtime pay.
