Charles "Chick" Cattano, 74, a Cape Coral resident for the last 10 years, formerly of Secaucus, N.J., passed away Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, in Cape Coral. He was born Oct. 31, 1938, in Jersey City, N.J., to Vincent and Mary Cattano, now deceased.
He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Cape Coral, and was the previous owner and barber at Chick's Barber Shop, Jersey City. He was a member of Good Fella's Bocci League in Cape Coral, a committee man for Boy Scout Troop 22 in Secaucus, N.J., a bowler and sponsor for the Joe Morley League in Jersey City, N.J., and an avid NY Giants fan.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Evelyn Cattano of Cape Coral; two loving children, Charles J. (Kimberly) Cattano of Secaucus and Constance (Ricardo) Robles of Cape Coral; a sister, Frances (John) Tomatore of Albany, N.H.; as well as two grandchildren, Arianna and Derrick Robles, also of Cape Coral; and Sandy the dog.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 31, at St Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, with Father Remi Sskiranda officiating.
