Once again the Ida Baker Bulldogs faltered in an 18-hole tournament setting, this time shooting a team total of 346 to place 12th out of 20 teams playing in the Mustang Invitational at the par-71 Seminole Lake Country Club in Tampa Thursday.

Ross Lally and Alec DiLallo led the Bulldogs foursome with matching cards of 79.

"Our 18-hole rounds have been poor this year," said Bulldogs coach Scott Conforte. "We get two decent scores, but after that we haven't stepped up. With LCAC on Monday and district we need to find some consistency."

Tampa Jesuit won the invitational with a total of 303. East Lakes was the runner-up with 307.

Ida Baker 346 - Ross Lally 79, Alec DiLallo 79, Rueben Beard 92, Christian Cromelin 96.
