William "Bill" John Hillebold, 76, a Cape Coral resident for the last 14 years, formerly of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, in Fort Myers. He was born Jan. 25, 1937, in Chicago, to John and Anna Hillebold, now deceased.
He was of the Catholic faith and was a member of St. Giles Catholic Church in Oak Park, Ill. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Dorothy Hillebold of Cape Coral; three children, Carla (Brian) Zanoni of Oswego, Ill., Traci (Brian) Stroler of Montgomery, Ill., and Mark (Lisa) Hillebold of South Elgin, Ill.; two stepchildren, Nancy (Brett) Epperson of Des Plains, Ill., and Don (Izabela) Soller of Oak Park, Ill.; a brother, John (Rose) Hillebold; as well as 15 grandchildren, Alexx, Shawn, Ryan, Nicholas, Nicole, Samantha, Katie, Lauren, Madison, Megan, Jake, Tiffany, Arieal, Cody and Ashley; and one great-grandson, Derek.
Visitation in Cape Coral will be held today, Aug. 9, from 4-8m p.m., at Mullins Memorial, 1056 N.E. 7th Terrace, Cape Coral.
