Anna M. Heim, 89, of Cape Coral, died Friday, July 5, 201,3 at her residence under the care of Hope Hospice. She was born May 25, 1924, in Philadelphia, a child of Edward Joseph and Mary (Carter) Schuhl.
A resident of Cape Coral for the past 1 years, she previously lived in Levittown, Pa., and Philadelphia, where she was employed for 20 years, until the age of 82 as a data clerk for St. Anne's Senior Citizens Center in the Port Richmond section of the city, she was also a member of St. Anne's Church. Previously she ran a ceramic school for a number of years and enjoyed painting and crocheting.
The wife of the late Russell Heim, who died in 1996, she was also predeceased by her son, James Heim in 2000 and her daughter, Joanne Lutton in 2009.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth "Betty" (Robert) Heim-Kaminski of Cape Coral, Russell P. (Marybeth) Heim Jr. of Haines City and Edward J. (Charlene) Heim of Orlando; 14 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren, along with her sister, Mary Marcelis of Philadelphia, Pa.
Funeral services will be held privately by the family.
