Frank De Lorenzo, 59, of Cape Coral was called back to the Lord Sunday June 23, 2013, with loved ones at his side. "Deezer" was an avid fisherman and enjoyed bow and rifle hunting. In his youth he could always be found riding his motorcycle, the Norton Bike was his favorite. By day "Frankie" was a painter and roofer. He was an ex-addict and an active speaker, sponsor for the NA.
In his past he was a youth baseball umpire and assistant youth football coach for the Colts Boys Club in Yonkers, N.Y.
He was the younger brother to two surviving siblings and the older brother to six surviving siblings. Mourning for him are his son, Frank IV; mother, Thelma; fianc, Lisa; eight siblings; 19 nieces/nephews; and four great-nieces/ nephews.
A memorial of remembrance will be held on July 16, at 5:30 p.m., at The Connection Church, 850 S.W. 4th St., Cape Coral.
