Williamson joins

Adams Homes

Adams Homes has announced the addition of Sarah Williamson to its Southwest Florida team.

Williamson has only been in real estate for about a year, however she brings a solid business background with her. She attended San Diego State University and Florida Gulf Coast University majoring in business entrepreneurship. She owned her own service related business before starting real estate.

Before moving to Florida, Williamson lived in California and speaks English and some Spanish.

She is located at our Lehigh Acres model at 5006 Lee Blvd., as the community manager and will soon be heading up Adams Homes' Lee County Internet division as well.

Ralston project manager at B & I?Contractors

B & I Contractors has announced that Donald Ralston has joined the company as a project manager providing overall management of construction projects from bid acceptance through final client approval. B & I Contractors performs hundreds of commercial, institutional and industrial new construction projects annually.

Prior to joining B & I, Ralston spent 11 years as an HVAC Project Manager focusing on many $5-10+ million projects. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the building industry and an exceptional reputation of working collaboratively with clients and co-workers to see a project through to completion.

Pelican model now open at Country Lakes

LeeCorp Homes Inc. has announced the opening of the Pelican manufactured home model in Phase II at Country Lakes. Country Lakes is a deeded-lot ownership 55+ manufactured home subdivision located in Fort Myers on Country Lakes Boulevard, north of Luckett Road, exit 139 off I-75.

Built by Jacobsen Homes, the Pelican is a 28-foot x 46-foot, 8-inch, 1,264 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath plus den double wide manufactured home. Completely installed on a quarter acre land-ownership lot at 9789 Creekwood Lane, the Pelican features a factory built half porch with a vinyl rail, architectural columns and composite decking.
