Trisha Lynn Williams, 37, of Cape Coral, formerly of North Carolina, Kentucky and Bradenton, Fla., passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 24, 2013, in Ft. Myers. She was born in Fort Myers on Sept. 9, 1975.

She attended Cape Christian Fellowship and had a strong relationship with the Abiding Love Lutheran Church family as well. She was a volunteer at Gulf Elementary, was a former employee of the DCF and previously worked at the Cape Christian Fellowship day care center. She graduated from Manatee High School in 1993, earned her AA degree from Florida State University and was currently working on her elementary education degree at Edison State College. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister who touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 13 years, Julian "Brett" Williams of Cape Coral; two beautiful children, Ryder and Camryn Williams, also of Cape Coral; her mother, Patricia Blain of Parrish, Fla.; her father, Gregory (Suzann) Holmgren of Ormond Beach, Fla.; four siblings, Catherine Wilson of Rutherfordton, N.C., Sherri (Glenn) Perez of Parrish, Fla., Maj. Gregory (Eva) Holmgren of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Tonya Hoyle of Charlotte, N.C.; three step-brothers, Ryan Grodi of Holly Hill, Fla., Brad Grodi of Alabaster, Ala., and Matt Grodi of Deland, Fla.; her mother-in-law, Deborah Williams of Tallahassee, Fla.; her father-in-law, J.B. Williams Jr. of Fort Myers, Fla.; her sister-in-law, Stacey (Adam) Snyder of Brookfield, Conn.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and Chloe and Zeke, the cats.

A Celebration of Life was held Tuesday, May 28, at Grace United Methodist Church, 13 S.E. 21st Place, Cape Coral, with Pastor Dennis Gingerich officiating.
