Fort Myers Miracle pitcher D.J. Baxendale turned in 5 1/3 innings, giving up only two hits and a walk while striking out eight Tuesday against the Jupiter Hammerheads to pick up his first win of the season.
The lone run of the ballgame came in the first inning when Twins top prospect Miguel Sano blasted a two-out home run over the left field wall off of Jose Urena. It was Sano's first home run and RBI of the season.

Baxendale struck out the side in the third and followed it up in the fourth with two more strikeouts. He left the game after getting Isaac Galloway to popout in the sixth.
Johnson was able to get out of a jam later in the sixth when he retired Wilfredo Gimenez on strikes and Fisher on a lineout with the tying run at second.
Jones got Gimenez to ground out to end the eighth with the tying run on second and induced a 4-6-3 double play in the ninth to end the game.
Urena took the loss despite allowing just one run and three hits in six innings. He struck out seven.
