'Crown jewel' home at Cape Harbour back on the market

A home, the "crown jewel" of Cape Harbour and originally created by Will Stout Jr., developer of the luxury waterfront community, at 5832 Armada Court, is officially on the market. The asking price is $5 million.

The biggest single-family home under one roof in Cape Coral at 18,404 total square feet, the house is synonymous with beauty and luxury. The estate is situated on four lots and features the main house, guesthouse, caretaker's quarters, six bedrooms, six full baths, three half baths and three fireplaces. It features a vanishing edge pool with beach entry overlooking the waterways. Walls of glass, unique finishes and rare wood flooring complete the look and feel of a Tuscan manor mansion. It's both a boater and car collector's dream with a garage that can house up to seven cars and more than 560 feet of seawall with seven boat docks and two boatlifts to accommodate multiple yachts.

Stout discovered the partially developed 150-acre waterfront site of Cape Harbour in 2000 and immediately had a vision for the community as the first of its kind in Cape Coral. His vision was for a mixed-use project where people could live, work, boat, dine and shop and so Cape Harbour was born. The home was built as Stout's dream residence and after living in it for a short time, he sold it to the current owner in 2009.

Ted Stout, broker and son of Will Stout Jr., with Realmark Realty / Luxury Homes Group is presenting the home. For more information on the property, please visit or for a private tour call (239) 313-8020.
