On Dec. 13, someone entered a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban and stole a wallet, which contained credit cards. Surveillance photos from a local Wal-mart show a man using the victim's credit card later that day.
The man bought toys, a gift card and a prepaid phone card, according to police.
