Southern Premier Homes was founded in 2010 by Chris Cheney, CEO of Southern Premier Realty and Old Southern Title. As an investor himself and the experience he had rehabilitating homes, he knew it was the time to get a new construction division established and ready for the upcoming need. He brought in a highly skilled General Contractor to qualify his business. Dan Dalla Costa has been in the construction industry for 24 years. In 1988, Dan began his carrier as a laborer while living in Chicago, Illinois. He quickly moved up to a job foreman and to superintendent. In 1998, he earned ownership of the family business and received his Certified General Contractor's license. Dan has been building single family homes, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings, as well as rehabilitating homes and businesses ever since. Dan pays close attention to correct methods and workmanship provided by his subcontractors. His one-on-one customer relationships are very sincere. Southern Premier Homes feels very fortunate to have chosen the right man to qualify their company!
