Sandoval welcomes its first Phase III buyers

The West Florida Division of Taylor Morrison recently announced the first buyers in Phase III of Sandoval, the 524-acre gated community in the heart of Cape Coral.

In late October, Sharon and Brad Smith became the first buyers in Phase III, Sandoval's final 100 acres being developed by Taylor Morrison.

The Smiths explored Taylor Morrison's collections of twin and detached villas, single-family and estate floor plans and drove to Sarasota to tour existing models. They selected the two-bedroom, two-bath Queen Palm VI, a detached villa with 1,688 square feet that gives them the space of a single-family home and the convenience of landscape maintenance.

At Sandoval, a casual lifestyle, tropical feel and community center with a spectacular pool and amenities evoke images of an island resort. Parks and play places have something for everyone, even the four-pawed family members, and two miles of sidewalks unfurl the length of the linear park perfect for walkers, joggers and sunset watchers.

Sandoval currently offers single-family homes and estate single-family homes priced from the upper $100,000s. Every neighborhood has city water, irrigation and sewer service in place.

Stevens Construction completes Cape

Health Surgery Center

Stevens Construction has completed the construction for the Cape Health Surgery Center located at 665 Del Prado Blvd., in Cape Coral, announced Mark Stevens, company president.

Stevens Construction converted a vacant, existing building into the 5,124-square-foot ambulatory surgery center serving three physicians. Cape Health Surgery Center features one operating room, two procedure rooms, four pre-op beds and six recovery beds.

The Stevens Construction team included Jason Levine as project manager and Sue Ziegenfus as project administrator.

Cape Health Surgery Center is the eleventh surgical facility for Stevens Construction.

With offices in Fort Myers and Orlando, Stevens Construction specializes in providing construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals. firm for Sabal Springs clubhouse refurbishment

Clive Daniel Home, the Naples, Fla., premier home furnishings retailer, and its hospitality design division, the Lubner Group, have been contracted as the design firm to handle the clubhouse refurbishment for Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club.

Located in North Fort Myers, Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club is an active 55+ community consisting of 768 single-family homes. Amenities include tennis, golf, shuffleboard, a billiards room, fitness center, pool and hot tub. The owners of the property declared ownership of their homeowners association on August 24, 2012.

After the clubhouse redesign is completed, the new Sunset Grille at Sabal Springs will be open to the public starting Dec. 1, for dinner, Sunday brunch, large and small parties and catered events.
