Starting at 11:45 p.m., today, Oct. 30, the College Parkway overpass to the Cape Coral Toll Plaza will be closed for two hours (until 2 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31) while crews remove temporary barrier walls from the Cape Coral Toll Plaza. Motorists must use the McGregor Boulevard on-ramp to access the toll plaza.
