Is Cape Coral receiving a "free" R.V. resort? You think? Hello?
According to a spokesman from Avalon Engineering, it's a $35 million project. The developer allegedly needs nothing from Cape Coral. No land? No tax advantages? No money? What a deal?? Hello?!
Councilman from district 4 asked what the cost to the city would be. If I heard correctly, the spokesperson from Avalon said that the city would incur no expense. Really? Hello? When was the last time someone gave you something for nothing? Thus free?? Hello? Does City Council really need to dig in and do their homework?
Hello? Before agreeing on anything, I hope Council researches every aspect of this project!!
